Shipping and Returns
Orders over $50.00 Ship free to the United States, including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii (please note that items shipped free may be assessed shipping if returned. Some orders may be subject to a %15 restocking fee). Sheet glass returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus original shipping charges if shipped free. Shipping costs will be refunded if the return is the result of our error. Orders under $50 ship according to weight, and the shipping is automatically calculated as items are added to the shopping cart. Glass is heavy, so free shipping on your order offers you significant savings.
We ship in stock orders paid with credit card or PayPal
within 24 hours,
excluding weekends and holidays.
USPS Priority Mail and UPS are our
preferred methods of shipment. This map shows UPS transit days. If you are more than 3 days away according to the map, and your order will fit in a USPS Priority box , we will ship it Priority Mail and you should receive your order in 2 to 3 days. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
International Orders
World wide orders are gladly accepted and will be shipped via International Priority Shipping The shopping cart shipping rates are for the United States only. Please note your credit card. will be charged the appropriate shipping fees. Please feel free to contact us in advance for a shipping quote.
