Rainforest is such a striking color. This color varies from sheet to sheet and ranges from dark and dramatic to a lighter green that reminds you of a rainforest in spring. Mahogany and Dark Mahogany compliment the dark brown color component in this glass beautifully. Like all art glass, one side is slightly textured, the other side is smooth. The texture is less detectible when the glass is cut into tiny mosaic tiles but the tiny tiles add detail and dimension to your mosaic piece. As with the other art glass colors the more intense coloration is often on the smooth side of the sheet. Classified as a semi-translucent it generally isn’t too translucent for mosaics.
